#100HappyDays—Day 22—Ralph's Spice Bun

On the days where nothing really happens, sometimes it’s good to just come back to some spice bun and cheese to close out the night.

#100HappyDays Day 22/100. Yup. That’s it. Seriously.

I’ve been unequivocally craving cheese lately and growing up with some Caribbean friends, I’ve always heard about this bun and cheese delight. But never this “spice bun” – what’s in it? I’m picturing a fruit cake type consistency (minus the rum…or not?) /word vomit over

Not fruit cake… it’s more like… hm. Have you ever had spiced cake? It’s a bit of a spiced loaf of bread that tastes ridiculously delicious. The spice bun’s what’s used in bun and cheese, and I stand by Ralph’s as being the best. You can find it at No Frills 🙂
