December is arguably the most important time of year to be on your A-game. Colder weather aside, we pack more time in with family and friends than we do all year, too busy getting festive to worry about things like sleep and proper diet. It’s fun and all, but everything’s best in moderation, and enough bad behaviour only gets you one place—laid up in bed, wondering how you could’ve prevented this tragedy from happening!
But that, my friends, is putting the cart before the horse. There’s little good to be found from trying to manage a cold after it’s taken hold, which is why COLD-FX® invited me in for Cold and Flu Defence 101 to learn how to prepare for the cold and flu season ahead!
Covering immunity boosting tips, balancing the ever-moving bits of our lives, and what to do when you’re already feeling sick, special guest Candice Sockett, a nurse practitioner, helped explain how COLD-FX® could help set me up for success in a world filled with harmful microbes galore!
