December is arguably the most important time of year to be on your A-game. Colder weather aside, we pack more time in with family and friends than we do all year, too busy getting festive to worry about things like sleep and proper diet. It’s fun and all, but everything’s best in moderation, and enough bad behaviour only gets you one place—laid up in bed, wondering how you could’ve prevented this tragedy from happening!

But that, my friends, is putting the cart before the horse. There’s little good to be found from trying to manage a cold after it’s taken hold, which is why COLD-FX® invited me in for Cold and Flu Defence 101 to learn how to prepare for the cold and flu season ahead!

I take vitamins daily, wash & sanitize hands frequently, stay hydrated, sleep 8 hours daily, & avoid sick people!

I wash my hands regularly and keep my hands away from my eyes, nose and mouth when I’m around small mucus oozing children 🙂

We always get our flu shots, we get lots of rest, eat great, fresh foods and wash our hands all of the time

I get my flu jab every year and take vitamins daily & there’s also a lot of hand washing 🙂

I take Vitamin D daily , its awesome , great for warding off them pesky colds , and washing hands and also lysol spray and wipes are awesome for those yucky germs 🙂

I sporadically remember to take my multivitamin. And I wash my hands often. I was sure I was getting something yesterday, so was inhaling chewable vitamin c. Today I’m fine, so it either worked, or I’m a total hypochondriac :0

I take extra vitamins, try to get enough sleep and get my flu shot to help. Hoping to stay healthy this winter.

I carry hand sanitizer with me everywhere and wipe down everything I touch if i am not wearing gloves lol

So.Much.Handwashing! And clean the door knobs/taps in the house! Thanks for the chance to win. *Achoo*

I get my flu shots every year, try to eat as healthy as I can and dress accordingly to the weather!

Washing hands often is the best precaution for me and I use Oregano oil if the sickness sa too close, like when someone around me is sick already.

I try to get enough sleep every night, drink lots of water, get exercise and fresh air and eat well. It’s easier said then done sometimes but I’ve been trying hard!

to avoid being sick in the cold months (which I love) i eat a lot of vitamin C, and “be wise, winterize’ 😀

To avoid becoming sick I make sure I wash my hands after coming home from any public outing.

My family and I try to eat healthy, get plenty of rest, wash hand often and get a flu shot. Thanks CaseP! Happy Holidays!

wash my hands everytime I come in the house. I take vitamin, c, d, b daily but I have to say …. somehow it still finds you…. doesn’t it?

I take multivitamin everyday, get my flu shot every year and try to avoid sick people

Lots of vitamin c and hand washing work for me. I’m also required to receive the flu shot every year because of my employment. Many thanks!

Try to avoid places where germs are spread, take extra vitamin C be it supplement or fruit and veggies, lots of rest, keep much handled places like taps, door handles ect.. wiped down!

I wash my hands often and take Vitamin C daily, also make a lot of homemade chicken noodle soup.
