| How to Stuff Your Face With Delicious!!!

Back from a weekend on Arran Lake, I’m catching up with the digital life I put on hold for a few days to soak in moments like this:

Arran Lake — Sunset

But now that this urbanite’s back where he belongs, I’ve unpacked the bags, finished the chores we didn’t get to on the way out and I’m finally getting to the pile of notes and ideas that’re supposedly what you’ll see on my blog for the rest of 2014!

One thing you definitely learn with a workload as big as mine is the Art of Prioritization — some things are simply more urgent than others, like when you’ve got baked goods in your fridge waiting to sate the sweet tooth of one lucky winner!

Getting Your Nom On with!

I’m not much of one for sweets myself, but with my wife’s discerning palate for all things sugary, when Charming Media reached out to introduce me to — Canada’s first online bakery marketplace and one of their newest clients — I thought it’d be a great way to score some extra… wait for it… brownie points!!! — Delivery Bag

Toronto’s no stranger to options for stuffing one’s face.

Unlike many cities with a wealth of architecture and attractions for visitors to check out, Toronto’s a relatively young city, so when you ask any Torontonian what you should hit during your stay here, then you’re guaranteed to have some restaurants, markets and bakeries on that list! Simply put — we love our food! I’ve seen more than a few eateries go under because they couldn’t stand apart from the crowd, so something new and interesting like an online marketplace for baked goods founded by the former owner of a boutique bakeshop totally makes sense to me! — Gift Box

If you’re looking for something nut-free, Kosher, gluten-free, vegan or just plain delicious, will have it when they launch on September 17th!

But we all know that’s not good enough — you want to taste the delicious, and you want to taste it now, right?

Well here’s your chance — for today and today only, you can enter to win a ShopBake prize pack with goodies from GTA-based shops like Dollop Bakery, Cookie Scoop, Branded Bites, Short & Sweet Cupcakes, and the Petal Dust Bake Shop! — Unboxing
Goodies from Dollop Bakery, Cookie Scoop, Branded Bites, Short & Sweet Cupcakes and Petal Dust Bake Shop!

But if you want in, you’ve gotta act now, because I plan to get this mailed out to the winner by tomorrow morning, so they can indulge in the freshness of all these goodies!

Because those sweet teeth aren’t going to sate themselves!

Good luck,

Oh my, I checked out Petal Dust’s website – they make carrot cake sandwich cookies! Why didn’t I know about this when I was in Toronto? lol

As if you could pick one thing…I’m in a yummy cookie kinda mood and now that I’ve looked at this I’m quite disappointed with all the fruit in this house that is taking up the space for cookies!!!

Definitely Cookie Scoop! I always get those shipped to my boyfriends work for nice surprises, but they’re apparently so good, none are ever left over for me!
