#100HappyDaysโ€”Day 10โ€”St Hubert Chicken & Broccoli Gratin
Though it’s still unsure whether I’ll step foot in a Hubie’s this year, this pie from No Frills is a good enough substitute for the time being!

It’s been a challenging day โ€” while fighting off Sarah’s cold and going to a funeral for a church member who lost her battle against cancer, I was already wiped from a late night polishing off posts for Parent Tested Parent Approved and The Hooray Collective. But hours later, I’m a happy guy, full of Quebecois-style chicken and broccoli pie and good feelingsโ€”I’m about ready to get my weekend on!

I love this #100HappyDays project, thoughโ€”I find out about plenty of things I’d never know about otherwise. Like when I posted the doodle I drew yesterday, one of my Twitter followers told me about Art House Projects’ Sketchbook Project, where you can get a sketchbook mailed to you and be part of a permanent art installation! There’s no end of cool things to try out in the world!

With that said, I’m calling it a night. Tomorrow’s another happy day to have!

#100HappyDays 10/100โ€”finito!
