This body just ain’t what it used to be, y’all.

At 34 I’m still young, but you’d be surprised how much one can use their flesh and bones in that time! Kilimanjaro in 2012, pushing my body to places I didn’t even know existed; and still have trouble from time to time with a rugby injury from my childhood. And while I deal with the odd pain now and then, I know there’re Canadians aplenty who need to deal with so much more.
