The 2010 20K: Day 18 – We Be Vloggin’!

Last updated on September 9th, 2014 at 10:43 pm

YAY FOR FIRST 2010 20K VLOG!!!

I’m gonna need some time after work today to just get some things done. One of the things that really wears me out sometimes is just carrying so much STUFF. I have a bag on my back right now with my laptop and several art supplies in it; looking down at my feet, there’s one bag weighed down by several books, and a duffle bag with a bunch of other stuff. I’ve gotta somehow consolidate it all before I go home—maybe leave some stuff at the office and grab it tomorrow? Hm…

On that note, one of the things in the bag is business cards. I probably have 300-350 cards that I printed via moo.com with my face on them—what I’m thinking is that I could paste the url for this blog on the back and start handing them out around the city. A step in the right direction while I figure out what I’m doing?

Other suggestions that have been brought to my attention:

  • Becoming a Scrabble tutor
  • Attending Scrabble tournaments
  • Babysitting
  • Singing at weddings

There’s gotta be better ways to make money every day than picking change up from the streets every day, right?

Anyway, check the video, and I’m signing off for the night. Sketches to draw, stories to write, sleep to be had!

The Numbers:

  • The 2010 20K Running Total = $62.20 (no thanks to YOU, Super Bingo!!!)
  • The Google Adsense Running Total = $39.25 (thanks so much! please keep clicking ads at https://doomsdayblaze.livejournal.com! It’s thoroughly appreciated! I’m also noticing that this amount tends to fluctuate—I need to figure out how to optimize it!)
  • There’s also the option of donating to PayPal by clicking on the button on the right side of my blog!
  • Comments, as well, are also very much appreciated 😉

One love, much respect and see you tomorrow!
